Double Walled construction, Inner chamber made of Stainless steel 304 grade & Outer CRCA Steel coat finished.
Powder Units are highly insulated with compressed Glass wool between the walls to minimize the heat exchange.
Heating is done by long life Tubular S.S. air heater.
Temperature Range: 5°C above ambient to 60° С.
Temperature Controlled by Dual display Microprocessor based PID Temperature Controller & PT - 100 sensor with +/- 0.5° C Accuracy.
Shaking mechanism comprises of Variable speed PMDC geared motor with Triple-eccentric counterbalanced drive.
Shaking amplitude: 25 MM.
Shaking speed can be controlled by means of Variable frequency drive with Digital RPM indication between 20 RPM to 200 RPM.
Universal Platform to accommodate interchangeable lotus clamps of assorted sizes for different capacity of flasks.
Illumination lamp fitted for clear visibility.
Operates on 230 Volts AC Single phase 50 Hz.
