Designed for Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) method for monitoring wastewater influent, effluent, and industrial process water in pollution control labs.
Double-walled construction made from CRCA steel with powder coat finish.
Insulation: Compressed Cerawool between walls to minimize heat dissipation.
Aluminum block with holes to hold glass tubes, heated up to 180°C.
Dual display microprocessor-based PID temperature controller with PT-100 sensor.
Timer facility with alarm for setting digestion/refluxing period.
Timer range: Up to 999 minutes.
Temperature range: 5°C above ambient to 180°C, accuracy ±1°C.
Block hole dimensions: 40 mm diameter × 80 mm depth.
Glass tube size: 38 mm diameter.
Air condenser height: 600 mm.
Operates on 230 Volts AC, single phase, 50 Hz.
